Richmond Gate is a wood-frame, multi-family build with concrete underground parking, awarded the Canadian Wood Council’s Woodworks BC Award for its use of Western Red Cedar. With two four-storey condo buildings and six two-storey townhouses, it houses 48 bright, spacious units.
